You may have gotten a late night email from the web admin guy who was doing some housekeeping and getting our current membership integrated with the new and improved website (at least if we had a current email address on file for you anyways…).

So if that’s the case you’re probably wondering how this all works…

We had this little step by step walkthrough put together for you guys so that you can get the most out of the new OTOA website and configure your profile.

The most important part of this walkthrough will explain how to update your password, update your email address, and get your current agency information into our new system so that we can accurately track, manage, and serve our members to the fullest.

This entire process will take you less than 5-10 minutes to complete and it’s very important.

As you go through the walkthrough below click any of the images to view a larger blown up version showing you screenshots and more details about how to complete these steps. After viewing the blown up images press the “ESC” key or click outside of the enlarged image to return to this walkthrough.

Step 1: Visit The “Dashboard” Page

At this point you’ll want to open the OTOA website in a new tab or window so that you can follow through these instructions. In the new tab or window, go the “Members” menu option and then choose “Dashboard” from the drop-down menu that will appear.

You should see a message about the content being protected. This is normal for non-members and people who are not logged into the member’s side of things…
