Toyota has been a proud sponsor of the OTOA since 2012
When the 2020 OTOA Conference was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, those with PAID invoices were contacted and provided two options - FULL REFUND or CREDIT MEMO.
Credits for the 2020 OTOA Conference were entered into our system and a CREDIT MEMO was generated.
The CREDIT MEMO was emailed to the individual identified as the person responsible to pay the invoice.
CAUTION - You may believe that you have a credit memo, please keep in mind that a refund may have been issued to the agency OR the credit was applied to other training already.
We DO NOT have a full-time team of employees answering phones and emails. Be patient and we will respond at the first opportunity to all inquires
If you believe that you have a CREDIT MEMO or you believe that you are due a credit, send an inquiry email to: [email protected]

OTOA Goods and Products
Refund/Return Policy
All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the Ohio Tactical Officers Association require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the OTOA within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any OTOA product that is deemed defective.
Products provided/sold by OTOA partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
Products that are software or downloadable from any OTOA website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc.) are non-refundable.
CDC recommends wearing a cloth face covering as a measure to contain the wearer's respiratory droplets and help protect others.
Participants and OTOA staff should not wear a cloth face covering if they have trouble breathing, cannot tolerate wearing it, or can't remove it without help.
Cloth face coverings are not considered personal protective equipment and may not protect the wearers from exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19. However, cloth face coverings may prevent participants and OTOA staff, including those who don't know they have the virus, from spreading it to others.
