How do I pay for OTOA Training?

Before you proceed........

The OTOA is staffed by volunteers.

The OTOA does NOT employ full-time / paid staff to answer phones and process invoices.

All of OTOA staff members work full-time jobs in law enforcement and corrections field across the state of Ohio.
Pay by Credit Cards

YES, all OTOA training courses can be paid by credit card on-line.

NO, you cannot pay for any OTOA training course or annual conference registrations at the time of sign - up.

The procedures are as follows:

  1. Register on line or your training course
  2. Check your email for a training course confirmation
  3. An invoice will be sent to the email address that YOU designate. This invoice will have a "PAY BY CREDIT CARD" button.
  4. Click on the "PAY BY CREDIT CARD" button and follow the simple on screen payment instructions.
  5. You do NOT need a "PayPal" account to pay on line. Simply follow the instructions on the invoice and use your credit card to pay.

NOTE: Course registrations and Invoices are processed every 14 days. Expect to receive your invoice between 10-14 business days AFTER on-line course registrations are completed.
