Terry Graham coordinates booth placement after:
- Online registration is completed
- Exhibition floor space is paid in full
Exhibitors may request a specific location or room, but placement is determined by several factors, including sponsorship level.
Sponsorship Level Placement
- Silver, Gold, Platinum, Corporate, and Premium Corporate sponsors are placed in the Sponsors Hall (Kilimanjaro Ballroom).
- Bronze or non-sponsors are placed in the Kalahari Ballroom, Hallways, or River Rooms.
