All ads must be submitted in CMYK for inclusion in the conference magazine. Ads submitted in RGB will be omitted unless a revised file is received by the deadline. Files should be submitted as outlined PDFs or JPEGs at 300 dpi.

Ads must be received by Friday, March 1, 2024 or they will not be included in the magazine. Email your advertisement to advertising@otoa.org. If the file is too large for an email, please file transfer/upload to the OTOA WeTransfer site.
