Phil Chaney is a renowned law enforcement trainer, Marine Corps veteran, and industry leader with over three decades of experience in tactical operations, training development, and leadership. His distinguished career includes significant contributions to the fields of law enforcement, military operations, and tactical education.

  • Chief Instructor, OTOA (2014–Present)
    • Oversees the development and instruction of advanced training programs, including State Basic and Advanced SWAT Schools and Single Officer Response to Active Threats (SORAT).
    • Certified Defensive Tactics, Firearms, and SWAT Instructor.
