Jamie Wilcox
SWAT Commander (Ret.) | Tactical Operations Specialist | Special Operations Supervisor
Jamie Wilcox is a veteran law enforcement professional with over 25 years of service in the Middletown Division of Police, where he has held numerous leadership and tactical roles. He is a new member of the OTOA RED Team, bringing deep operational experience to the cadre.
Jamie began his career as a Patrol Officer in 2000 and progressed through the ranks to serve as a Special Operations Detective (2010–2016), Patrol Supervisor (2016–2017), and is currently the Supervisor of the Special Operations Unit (2017–present).
He joined the Middletown SWAT Team in 2005 and served for nearly two decades, including a tenure as SWAT Team Commander from 2019 to 2023. His tactical leadership has included managing high-risk operations, training, and team development.
