Our Mission Statement
The mission of the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (OTOA) is to enhance the professionalism of public safety personnel through the development and delivery of advanced training and educational courses.
The OTOA also provides a forum for the networking of public safety personnel, safety education for community members, and outreach to business partners in the support of public safety personnel.
