Patrick Fiorilli has a noteworthy 36+ year career in law enforcement, with the last 25 years dedicated to leading the special operations/SWAT section. His expertise lies in effectively responding to and managing critical incidents, honed through decades of hands-on experience.

From 2012 to 2021, Patrick held the position of OTOA President, demonstrating his long-standing dedication and influential role within the organization.

Patrick's unwavering commitment to enhancing preparedness is exemplified by his pivotal leadership role within the Ohio Tactical Officers Association (OTOA).

Currently serving as the Executive Director of OTOA, Patrick is dedicated to overseeing the training of thousands of Ohio's first responders, developing a culture of the tactically minded first responder, and promoting professionalism in policing.
